Massive promotion of fake investments from made up parties (NWI, Elpiconjob, LondonWall, FortuneMint, eSoftinformscamics counts as "head fake" -- plus countless promises of audit, listing, dividends, buy-back, transparency count as head fakes, since no one has ever happened.

Amused at today's run up in share price -- don't think this means anything but change in tactics -- but it did offer profit to the smart sellers.

BTW, disgruntled describes all former business associates of Herzog.
