None of these things have come to pass:
Going current on the OTC by end of 2012. Including the CEO stating this would be done by end of October 2012. (not the first year this claim was made)
EPA testing of the Hoss by a 3rd party lab completed by end of November 2012
Submission of the above tests results to the EPA in 2012
Dong Feng beginning production of the Hoss in 2012 (also not the first year this claim was made)
The company stated in November 2011 it was "committed" to the EPA to completing the testing and paperwork to have the Wildcat product included in the National Clean Diesel Campaign in 2012.

ALL of these forward looking statements, many made directly by the CEO, have failed to occur. Not in the timeframe stated, and to date none completed.
FACT.

The company has failed to release any official update on why these goals were missed and when, if ever, they will be achieved on a new schedule.
FACT.

The company has made zero statements about revenue received or number of units sold to USA Metals.
FACT.

The company has failed to state where $700,000 came from to pay PWC, whether this was paid from revenues or debt to a funding entity. And further if it was debt to a funding partner how that is covered by existing business relationships and revenue agreements and preferred share distributions.
FACT.

THEREFORE: ANY claims of revenue being $100 million in 2013 are in the same class as the above statements. Absolutely without any factual backing and to be treated as false until demonstrated otherwise.
Because history is clear that the company will make forward looking statements then fail to achieve them then fail to address the issue for months at a time.
