I don't think he can drop that 15 billion shares yet....

The Corporate Actions will not become effective before a date which is twenty (20) calendar days after this Information Statement is first mailed to Stockholders. The Information Statement is being mailed on or about January 29, 2013, to Stockholders of record on the Record Date.
