Obviously others getting excited too, broke that $7 barrier again, not even very far into the monthly cycle of declare dates. Shows they do come back after the announcement of cuts. ARR has positioned itself well, more likely to increase payments than more cuts. Some may see the housing and thus mReits improving. Bigger problem is all the money printing, after all our protests over China manipulating currency by devaluing it, we're now guilty of the same thing, not many countries happy with us in competition ring.
