...activity today just proves the BK POR is real...........OCC and FDIC silence simply confirms the HYPOTHETICAL $200MM NLP is in fact NOT HYPOTHETICAL - - although a prominent BK attorney told me this FACT several weeks ago..................

...now we need to work on the entire SETTLEMENT.............which we are doing..........................done deal, imo..........
