On that last point, I definitely agree with you. the shareholders took it the worst. Although I think many of them were arrogant in their defense of Wilf. When he lied and it was easily shown that he lied, many of these shareholders weren't objective investors, but subjective in their loyalty to Wilf. That "being married to the stock" cost them bigger losses. They would not listen to people saying things were wrong. yes, including yourself, although your attacks were more personal at times, and some investors ignored you because of that. But many of your points were correct. Shareholders would not listen though, as they had their minds made up. I see it (With someof the same investors even) on the spin off company board too, where that company has no boat, no crew, no equipment, and no hope, but they continue to hang on to what has pretty much been proven to be a lie of some OTHER company finding some emeralds. These investors are just not objective enough with their investments (IMHO)

And now it is too late, at least at DPBE. The only hope is the investor/angel buy-out that may or may not happen, but is looking less likely today than it was two weeks ago. If the contract expires, that is the final nail in the coffin, and they might as well stop trading the symbol.

Hey, on the positive side, if there are still some good shipwrecks to be had on this contract, maybe the other company that is SUCCESSFULLY diving in the DR WITh contracts from the government will get THIS contract TOO, and then we'll get to see what is under the water here. About the only positive I see.
