...FCNCA might be selling itself to USB as part of its strategy to get out of the UWBKQ mess............and ultimately, UWBKQ shareholders could get USB stock - - but the $82+ million NLP is ours along with $250MM in either FCNCA stock or we tie into whoever buys FCNCA................doesn't matter.......$2.83 PLUS $8 in the Brooklyn Bridge LLC.....................
