...looks like FCNCA pulled in a takeover bank...........might be FCNCA's way out of the UWBKQ scandal..............clearly there is something HUGE going on behind the scenes involving FCNCA, the OCC, the FDIC, the BK CT parties, the SEC, Guy, and William Blair........................the DOJ could also be involved since the SEC "review" of the UWBKQ insider trading is still not completed (this is a very good sign for us but not for the inside trader - -for example, if the inside trader was somehow associated with the one man who had the power to single-handedly seize the bank-------HOUSTON, we have a problem)....................................

...again...........we're finally in play.....

...the BK gave us staying power in the legal war and kept some of our powder dry...........and now the BK CT has given us leverage in the settlement........................unusual but BuckleySandler knew from day 1 that the SEIZURE was illegal and a fraud...........
