Well, this takes just a bit of inference...

Step 1: The total number of restricted shares prior to this past Summer's claw back and grants to management was: 45,425,000. Of this, 40mm were owned by Frasier's LLC (Idle/Zoeter), leaving 5,425,000 owned by non-insiders.

Step 2: Then we had the claw-back of 4,000,000 restricted. Subtracting from 5,425,000 leaves 1,425,000 restricted. Divide this by 3 and you get...475,000.

Step 3: One of the 10-12G/As contained the following:

Security Ownership of Certain Beneficial Owners

Shahean Talebreza(3) 7,017,390

(3) Includes 4,950,000 shares of common stock held by Monteverde LP. Shahean Talebreza, a partner in Monteverde LP, controls the disposition of the shares

This only appeared once. Also, note that for simplicity I selected the quotation above to avoid an obvious typo ("Idle LLC" should have been "Monteverde LLC"). But the point to take from this is that 4,950,000 minus 4,000,000 is 950,000. Dividing 950K by 2 gives...475,000. This cannot be coincidence. The 4mm were restricted, and the other 2 blocks of 475K must have been 2 of the 3 475K restricted blocks.

So, Shahean held at least 2 of the 3 475K share blocks of restricted shares.

At least that's my thinking.

There is a tide in the affairs of men.
Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
Omitted, all the voyage of their life
Is bound in shallows and in miseries.
On such a full sea are we now afloat,
And we must take the current when it serves,
