...I could see USB putting up the $200MM UWBKQ POR/NLP as part of the FCNCA takeover............and then the FDIC insurance fund ponies into the FCNCA/USB treasury stock account an amount = $250MM...........we then also get that amount in whatever stock...............DONE DEAL......all the money is green........

...WOW.............we finally made it..............
