Long time lurker--1st time poster.
This stock is behaving unnaturally. 1 of 2 things will happen soon. dilution and price drop, or pump to 14-20 cent range. Doesnt matter if deals produce rev yet. In pennies, dilution is more likely, but i'm playin a pump in this one---believe it's under accumulation for just that.
