Below is a question I asked Mr Kazia this morning;

01/28/13 e-mail question-Mr Kazia what do you believe to be the sticking point that delays the USDA $33 million loan that "OTOW" is requesting?

01/28/13 e-mail answer- Mr Kazia said “the sticking point is (1) engineering section due to equipment that we were going to use but have changed an we are working out the design and specs again as well as we have to update the financials once again”.
