The Rainco Fiasco appeared to be a pump company run by our management. Probably a way to get some money out of UBRG into their hands. While espousing independence, our own Nicole Singletary was the main up front player. As you may recall, Nicole was a UBRG officer at one time, many moons ago.

When called on it, it just went away.

It seems to be working very nicely for them with their other company, Revoloutionary Concepts.
