Thats the same legaleeze that has been on every press release issued. In terms of dillution, they have been forthcoming that there will be some gradual dillution but that they will try to keep it to a minimum.

That does not diminish the increase opportunity for revenue with this transaction. The January 17th PR was fantastic news.

Hopefully we here some information in the next 30 days regarding production. But, based on the PR, the engineering form wont be hired for 3 months and it will take some time after that to get solid long term estimates.

My call here is accumulate and hold! This is all just my opinion everyone shoudl do their own DD.
