My most tremendous unbelievably under-priced net income growth alert with an enormous catalyst is...

FMYR - Family Room Entertainment

About Family Room Entertainment

Family Room Entertainment Corporations www.fmlyroom.com plan of operations is and continues to be mainly a full venture film TV music entertainment company. FMYR has been engaged in various aspects of the motion picture entertainment industry and currently has a small Library of films in distribution. FMYR plans, at this time, to further produce new Films, TV projects, Music and other entertainment ventures and opportunities. FMYR also plans to further the current film library in areas like internet streaming, 3D format and other new systems.

FMYR is a publicly held company trading on the OTC Markets, symbol FMYR. See also

You are not going to believe the details about this company.

For starters, as of Friday's close Yahoo has FMYR's total market-cap listed at $883k, well under 1 million dollars

Yet this is a Company whose history involves working with the BIGGEST names in showbiz.

Michael Douglas Gordon Gekko himself, Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Simpson, Lions Gate Films, and many many more.

This company has been around since 1969, this is no fly by night typical promoted penny play. This company has been in business for almost 45 years

FMYR is a real deal company with huge numbers, huge backing, and potential to be one of my biggest percentage gainers of all time.

Look at the humongous growth numbers, and beautifully large and exponentially increasing NET INCOME applicable to common-shares..

This is from their latest financials just released December 2012

Total revenue, year over year, is up 479%

Net income applicable to common-shares It has TRIPLED year over year

Read full financial statement here

This kind of revenue growth is absolutely unheard of, how is this company still trading so cheaply

Compare FMYR to, let's say, SNPK...a former winner that hit as high as $2.40. SNPK hit a total market-cap of nearly $1 BILLION. That's a company that had NO net income whatsoever

SNPK moved on pure hype and promotion with NO real net income. According to Yahoo Finance a billion dollar valuation would put FMYR at over $5. FMYR is far more deserving of that kind of valuation than SNPK was in my opinion. Of course I do not expect FMYR to come anywhere near $5, but the point is, at Friday's closing price of 5 cents...FMYR's upside is absolutely explosive

Could FMYR run to $1

That would only give FMYR a valuation of under $18 million, which is STILL smaller than most promoted penny plays out there that have absolutely NO net income and often no revenue at all.

I believe FMYR does have the meat to run all the way to and possibly beyond $1

My alert will bring massive awareness to the stock this week, but since this is a special story with huge power behind it, this thing could spread and go viral...making us the ground floor guys who got FMYR just as its epic run is beginning.

But there is a HUGE catalyst that I believe puts FMYR into a league of its own, a place where it looks like it has more upside than virtually any other play I've ever seen.

Big words, I know. But imagine if suddenly a small and unknown company like FMYR had an enormous financial powerhouse like Carl Icahn or Bill Ackman take an interest in growing and expanding FMYR.

Take a look at this GARGANTUAN news release stating that FMYR has just completed an agreement with INSTITUTIONAL Investors Consulting Corp IICC.

Leonard Chaikind, the CEO of IICC, has agreed to go on the Board of FMYR in order to help them develop an enhanced business strategy and to bring in additional management and key advisors as required.

Leonard S. Chaikind is the Chairman CEO of Institutional Investors Consulting Company IICC, which is located in Houston, Texas. Mr. Chaikind has served in this capacity since he founded IICC on July 15, 1991.

Could FMYR be one of the very rare OTC companies that attracts the interest of true Institutional Investors

IICC is many things - a holding company, an investment bank and an investment advisory group. Its core mission is to help and assist institutional tax-exempt funds and trusts, e.g. Pension Plans, Foundations and Endowment Funds, to manage themselves as efficient and cost-effective organizations.

IICCs overall vision is to make the world a better place to live. In doing this, IICC supports a number of not-for-profit groups, some of which are listed in its web site which is www.iicchome.com, the projects these guys have worked on are mind-blowing. Many people think of IICC as a kind of do good and highly entrepreneurial investment merchant bank.

Read L. Chaikind's full bio here

Prior to founding IICC, Mr. Chaikind worked for Royal Dutch Shell and the Shell Oil Company for 34 years.

From late 1985 to August 1991, Mr. Chaikind served as the Administrator of the $12 plus BILLION dollars Shell Savings and Retirement Programs with responsibility for both the investment and administration of 4 major funds.

During this period, the Shell Funds were recognized by the industry to be one of the very best.

Chaikind was even one of the key founders of the Committee on Investment of Employee Benefit Assets CIEBA, the largest Corporate Pension Fund Group in the World, and served as Vice Chairman of this group from its beginning until his retirement from Shell.

Seriously...have any of you ever seen someone of this caliber involved in any kind of OTC company That's a huge part of the reason I see FMYR as totally off the charts and one of the biggest plays I have ever discovered.

But there's much more Leonard LC Chaikind also served as an active member of both the NYSE Institutional Investors Advisory Committee and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission Advisory Board the CFTC is to the futures and derivatives industry what the SEC is to securities industry. Since his retirement from Shell, Mr. Chaikind has stayed very active in the whole area of tax-exempt funds including health care, pension reform, social security reform and still maintains a strong presence in Washington, DC.

Powerful enough for you

This guy's company has JUST announced an agreement with FMYR, that literally says Mr. Leonard Chaikand's company is there to take FMYR to basically the next level of success. A guy who managed $12 billion trying to help expand a tiny 5 cent stock Truly a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Mr. Chaikind served in the U.S. Navy as a line officer in the Pacific Amphibious Fleet Phibpac on various assignments both in the Far East and the West Coast of North America.

Chaikind has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard in Economics

Come on, name ONE man or woman who is involved in any way with any cheap small OTC company that is even half the caliber of Chaikind...

The upside here for FMYR could be virtually limitless.

However, FMYR is a small and volatile company, which means trading it is a high-risk proposition.

Any alert I send out could turn into a big loser. In my personal opinion, no matter how much potential any company has, 99% of the time all that matters is HOW THE STOCK TRADES. If a stock doesnt trade well, nothing else matters. Dont believe the hype out there, especially not the hype from methe trading action tells the real story. Be sure to use a tight stop, book profits when they become available, never let any one trade move too far against you, watch out for gaps, make sure the stock is trading in a healthy way before you enter, and monitor it closely to make sure momentum is positive. Amateur biased unlicensed opinions

Not only is the story huge, the catalyst as big as it gets, the past credentials totally amazing, and the income blasting off...but FMYR also has beautiful technicals saying BUY BUY BUY

The internet's top technical indicator website Barchart.com has FMYR listed as a PERFECT 100% BUY in both the short AND medium-term timeframes.

Take a look

Verify yourself here

FMYR also has just been upgraded to an overall STRONG-BUY rating at Barchart.com

I expect FMYR could be the hottest play of 2013 so far. Keep your eyes open for insane short and mid-term trading action as investors discover one of the best trading setups I've ever seen
