Seriously! Look if there is any knowledge here, people would know that that can not be done. They have Audited Financials from a (registered public accounting firm) and checked by the SEC and the TA.

Companies can't issue shares only the Transfer Agent can. The checks and balances are all over the place.

If I got it right; "That's my one for the year!" If this had been an actual trading emergency you would have been instructed "TO NOT LISTEN TO ME!" There is no substitute for your own DD!!!
