ATWEC Technologies, Inc. Around the World Educating Children is a child safety company, headquartered in Memphis, TN, that develops, markets, and sells a unique line of hi-tech safety and security devices designed specifically for the transportation industry. Children left on day-care buses, vans, and school buses, a recurring and potentially deadly situation, occur across the country every month. The Company has spent time and effort in Lobbying and pushing legislative change in Louisiana and Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County.
ATWT has taken an active role in, and has benefited from, sweeping statewide legislation designed to protect children. Certain states now require the exact safety devices that the Company sells, while imposing fines and other penalties for organizations that do not follow these requirements. This development has caused a substantial increase in demand for the Company's products and services in 2012.
According to ATWT, different warm-weather US states are mandating increased childcare safety rules compliance, and requiring schools and day care centers to install safety alarms on their vehicles. ATWT has cited specific legislation in many states, including Tennessee, Louisiana and Georgia, mandate voice-activation and ignition-based systems, which fall under the protection of the Company's patent.

Kiddie AlertTM
Kiddie AlertTM Commercial Voice Warning Backup System has a loud volume for SUVs, Vans, and Buses which will help prevent accidental back overs. A piercing sound followed by an electronic message begins each time the vehicle is placed into reverse.
