$LGBS will move without news because it doesn't take much for the stock to move. It's so thin to each leg up that applying buy pressure to this really isn't all that difficult if enough investors know about it. You placing value in the message board is like me placing value in Twitter, neither is as guaranteed as an individual coming out of pocket and purchasing shares. Twitter buzz actually means people outside the message boards know about the stock and they are talking about it. And as I noted before, apparently Twitter buzz is proving to have a direct influence on message board searches for the stock.
