Where is the government funding? God only knows the exact answer(yes/no,day and time) to that question.

What I currently have been told/know is in the answer to the e-mail question I sent to Mr Kazia.

01/27/13 e-mail queston-Mr Kazia would you please update me on what the status of the USDA $33 million loan for "OTOW" is ?

01/27/13 e-mail answer- Mr Kazia said “I have been busy and out on the road, things are moving along we are still finalizing a couple things with the USDA”.
