The MBS for cement plants is managed under a Joint Venture between Solucorp and GTGP, with Solucorp being the one that has the MBS patents for cements plants assigned to it.

Wrong again. GTGP gets its rights to MBS through its agreement with EMHI. Now that EMHI/SLUP have reached their agreement (and until finalized), GTGP has rights to the MBS technology. But I'm not sure GTGP will have anything to add to the program, not without a needed acquisition of MSE, Inc.

And again, SLUP had the contract for the hot run test at the cement plant. MSE was hired to do the physical retrofit.
