They have the acreage, no argument there, but their wells have faulty equipment, no maintenance and, more often than not, aren't even pumping. I just hate seeing people invest in this company. It's like burning money. Do the numerous lawsuits filed against this company not give pause to anyone? Why would somebody invest with a company involved in so much litigation? It's in a previous post that they wouldn't disclose their names to the process server. Who does that?
