Correct me if the the rules of economics have changed, but every trade requires both a "buy" and "sell", hence the word trade.

I think you may mean that there were more trades executed at the bid than the ask... And the stock still closed up 2.63%.

But that's a moot point. Fridays volume and price change definitely did not present near enough data to come to a conclusion about anything.
