Leslie Howard got paid $10,000 to promote HAIR. He kept this secret and when HAIR did their reverse split and wiped everybody out, he then came forward and told everyone to get out after it was too late. How he got away with it is beyond me.

Everyone needs to register a complaint about him with the SEC to get this ripoff artist investigated and shut down. When the SEC receives enough complaints they will act and that is why folks need to take 5 minutes to report this slimeball.
