I appreciate all of your input on the dilution issue and while there are some valid points that this 50-200mm share agreement was set in motion 2 years ago before such positive recent developments, I am still left with concerns. I think at this point I will hold strong and hope that those in charge issue new shares in an orderly fashion if they must in order to cover debt and hope that the sales indicated to be in the works all come to fruition. I too have seen what happens when heavy dilution occurs, and while yes, the stocks generally do return to form, it isn't an immediate process, rather one that takes considerable time. I am not one to flip and flip hoping to time the market and time certain events, rather I believe in the Buffett strategy of buying well managed companies run by smart people with real products that can have a major impact on society. We shall see if I am right.....
