Paying a Liquidating Dividend will be a nightmare with the NSS problem. I'm sure this has been discussed repeatedly on this board.
Wow.....even if they do sell and do all the steps to get the Cash.....how do they pay the dividend? Or, the better question is: To whom do they pay the dividend?
