no I really have not listened, Mos people, including corporate big wigs are like Congress and politicians, they say one thing and do another. Any someone doens't want others to read all the ins and outs of rule 144 is beyond me except that all they want to do is show the pretty side of the house and not the big sink hole in the backyard. There are alot of ways of selling restricted shares, rule 144 or otherwise, and everyone that wants to invest should be able to hear all the ins and out of restricted shares selling and not selling. I don't always go by what I read, I go by what others actions are............
