Looks like Sandfield will make the payments to Metamine and Storey that are due on Feb 18th if there is no exchange acceptance by that date.

4.2 In the event that Canyon is unable to obtain Exchange acceptance prior to February 18, 2013 and this Agreement has not been terminated by either party, Sandfield and Sandfield Sub agree to make all cash payments and share issuances due to Storey and Metamin pursuant to the Underlying Agreement and Assignment Agreement, respectively, on February 18, 2013.
