whomever this may concern. In past few weeks I have made 3 trades with ameritrade for erbb. Just a few minutes ago I was helping my daughter get started in the penny stock market and she tried to make a trade. was unable to do so because of chill. I called and asked why. gentleman said chill had been reinstated. Anyone have more information on this. Not interested in changing brokerages just in info as to why chill put back in effect.
