He told me on the phone 2 weeks ago that there would be no R/S and no bankruptcy. He said it's not the company selling shares that is causing the dilution, it's 2 out of 3 of the finance companies they used 2 years ago converting their notes into shares and selling so with that said, that means the debt has to be decreasing. If you are paying off your creditors, you have to be decreasing debt.
