the nice thing is that it lays most of what is at stake on the table... the only question is, who wants it bad enough.
another question I have is what is DISH's ulterior motive? And if it would cause problems for AT&T, then why are they not in the bidding war? or can they afford it?
Surely one would think that AT&T would be bidding for CLWR for the spectrum at least... even at $4.00 would be way over what the present two are offering and yet under market price... well, if this is considered to be worth $5 pps... that is.
