Well, yes, Mali did and still does WANT outside interference..

I will ignore the morality and law part as I simply don't see the French, these days as
being 'moral policeman' anywhere and they certainly are not making any "laws" in Mali. .

"Morals and Laws" are what the Taliban type people do, in Mali as well. Not the French, nor us or any other western power, well maybe our American Taliban .. but they have no power, except, now that I think about it THEY DO have power, in third world countries ... and they are doing everything they can to hurt Uganda by leading the powers in that country to kill Gays.. oh Yes, Welcome to the American Dominionists -
