JBII closed $2.35 on Jan 3 2012, the day before the SEC announced their charges,


JBII has only managed to crawl back up to $0.95 following the announcement of the settlement, driven by the biggest PUMP CAMPAIGN in JBI's entire history.



JBII still down 62% since SEC announced their charges.
