I forgot one thing related to game sales. I see that Graffiti a wholly owned subsidiary of Signature Devices a public company is selling titles on Amazon and Ebay. Is the Ebay/Paypal account managed by a Signature Devices director benefiting SDVI shareholders exclusively minus COGS, where are the games being shipped from and where is the inventory being housed now that you have "resigned" but only "insanely" decided to help. I assume shareholders purchased the inventory I see on both Amazon and Ebay which in Ebay's case is being shipped from Redwood CA. I am guessing that Graffiti Entertainment a subsidiary of, entered into a development/distribution licensing agreement with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, the owner of The Learning Company, the developer of the Reader Rabbit empire.

I understand we need a US domestic ship from and managing location. I am just curious, does SDVI control the strings related to game sales and money collected, how is said money posted and managed and by whom.

Minus a financial filing, these questions will naturally be asked and continue to be. Business simple.
