Great question: I posted the same thing last night. I think its very important to know how long a company must (or might) delay posting news....because Insiders have bought recently.

I am guessing that materials news could take another week or two...any other thoughts? In the scheme of being a long term investor ..it many not matter.

But it might be good to know that the PPS might see some further weakness before the next inevitable blast off.
