Then once the dump occurs which has happen 2 times within two days a SEC form 4 "Statement of Changes in Beneficial Ownership" has to be filled out". THERE ARE NO FILINGS!WHICH MEANS NO PUMP AND DUMP HAPPEN!!Totally contradict everything you say look who's been buying shares? The CEO and his board members. I'll speculate for you the only reason officers buy shares is one thing. Expecting the PPS to rise. Also, enlighten the investors about the 10million in private equity AMBS still gets for total of 36 months and the 1.1 million in financing received in the fall. Enlighten investors of the purpose of onemedform is to present to big pharma and financiers. You left all this out in your one sided analysis.
