Sorry about that - easy answer - under the recent issuance of convertible notes, during which time CERP's pps has increased approx 300% since the .01 bottom, the co. has been able to restructure it's debt payments and plan it's go-to-market strategy for 2013 and beyond - execution of which would put them on the path to much higher sales revs and valuation.

Clearly the market has given CERP's strategy a big thumbs up - as we've seen the shares hitting the market bought up in huge blocks as the share price has risen.

Good news for investors and traders who buy CERP... not so much for those who hold a short position :)
