Thanks! ... I was hoping there was some type of screener for new companies but that is certainly helpful. Edgar has such functionality but it is very cumbersome.

I hate chasing high-flying stocks so I'm going to stay away from NTEK ... although there could still be good potential ... but I'll be sure (hopefully) to look more closely if/when you have another such discovery.
