Once upon a time, a long time ago
UBRG issued a PR that sent the pps up to .45
After that, in the absence of profit, no pr has made any significant change in pps.
The prs don't have any substance to them that would cause the pps go up - given the history of copious prs with no results.
When profit happens, prs will have some effect,
Now the only thing that will affect PPS will be PRs that
announce real, verifiable results such as:
1. Profit and lots of it
2. Debt reduction and lots of it
3. Acquisition by high pps company
otherwise, they have pretty much shot their wad
as far as making announcements that are going to increase pps.
