Yes the company did "fall through the roof" over the last 2 years. That's pretty clear. While that is one part of the story (the past) the company has now taken the steps to amend itself from further collapse (the present moment). Under the restructuring of it's senior notes with Wells Fargo it has averted BK because the noteholder's would have also lost more than they were willing to in that scenario. There is NO reverse stock split coming near term. There new production plant should have come online in the Q4 of 2012. The share count is more or less 60 million as stated by the CFO in Q3 conference call. The CEO is not taking his full paycheck. Dilution should stop by the end of the first quarter as stated by the CFO. Much of it has already happened if you look at the volume since November.

Much of the decline in the past was due to outstanding receivables (AR) that were not paid, nearly 17million going back to 2011. This was an ongoing problem that basically screwed them, and so now they are and have been reselling inventory and receiving money from delinquent accounts. Note there new policy (prepaid orders mostly). Thus the reason they had to tern to IRONRIDGE, MAGNA, HANOVER, JMJ. TOXIC not financing companies...however much of this has been already baked in.

Yes it's a real company, could they turn around and become tremendously profitable, sure, but i'm not an investor, I'm a trader.
