Well for starters quite some teqniques are brand new(indoor breeding) that alone will make them achive it surely, and that was just one of many reasons for dilution justified(dragonstatuses) , not able to write them all down would mean a book i did post a bunch at a swedish forum though, and you supplied a bunch of them in your answer that i mentioned at the swedish site, but tonight i have rather some restraints myself, need to take care of other duties so running bck and forth trying to answer when i get a chance and besides i´m out of posts almost aswell. But the big things without a doubt justifying dilution are 1. dragonstatus 2. people claimed dilution are below P/E 1 not true .60 as most are issued at are way above ttm EPS peobably at PE2 if its my last post i´ll return answer tomorrow on this
