Is stockcharts.com down?

I have not been able to get to the site for about 20 minutes. I can't get to decisionpoint either. Other sites are working fine so it does not appear to be my connection.

Jan 4 - We have transitioned into a bear market. Completely different rules apply.
May 23 - IMO, any price at/above this close makes a great Nasdaq/SP500 short.
