500,000 just sold, someone not so confident.

Every buy is a sell, every sell is a buy.

But because the 500k went on the bid, it means someone willing to sell the 500k took a loss on the price. so it has a "sell" denotation rather than a "buy" denotation. If the 500k were to have been traded at the ask then it would have a "buy" denotation.
