With 12 million outstanding now .02 is like a $240,000 market cap. I imagin the drop into the .000's was originally fear of split, but now that that doubt is removed, and we dont see selling, we could see ELRAD make a move up here.

not much, but least a bounce back to .10 short term.

Usually have to give these one full trading day to allow the systems to update, but Monday should see a more tighter trading spread and real indication on where we might be going.
