I agree It looks like we have a lot of support when it tries to tick down to under .14 it pop right back up with a switch to the buy side.I believe somebody is doing there best to load up with out causing a run, they are being very smart about it.
This thing is just needs a little more support at this level and then we can move up to .16-.20 range build and a new support there.
But if your waiting for .11 or .12 I don't think you will ever see that again probably not even .135
