We have received several inquiries regarding our amended quarterly filing, as posted on OTCMarkets.com earlier this week. That said, the company will be issuing a statement via press release on Monday morning, January 28, 2013. Despite the frustrations we’ve all experienced in the recent shift in management and new business model, please note this was done for the best of the company and its shareholders for the long-term and we are confident that our steps forward will lead to increase in shareholder value and tangible assets toward sustainable, fundamental growth. As well, the company has no plans in the near or distant future for a reverse split or rollback of any kind.
