That will happen. I have never considered any equity entry in the "OTC market" an investment. Quite frankly, the only time I would consider an investment in an equity is one that provides a dividend. That's just plain, simple methodology.

What's unique here is that this is a speculative "investment", given the fact that in all likelihood, when this company up lists to a major exchange,,it will(or should) be providing a dividend if appropriate. That attracts investors..and funds. You can purchase shares early here, especially under a dollar...go through any consolidation...and if need be, take a little of the top...and just sit.

What looks fairly obvious is that the goal here is to be a multi-billion dollar holding company of mainly direct sellers. They are modeling this off of LVMH.(as stated by Rochon).

Rochon Plans to Build Direct-Selling Brands on LVMH Model

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-11-27/rochon-plans-to-but-direct-selling-brands-on-lvmh-model.html

This is LVMH(notice the name of the company associated with the stock symbol)

http://www.lvmh.com/

stock:

share price @ 140.00(in Euros):

Shares outstanding 508.16m
Free float 272.42m

1 Euro equals
1.35 US Dollar

.so in Us dollars..LVMW....$190 per share

so........CVSL Inc.......Ticker: CVSL

GET IT YET KIDS?>>>>>>> Look down that road.....and take small steps if you like(to be tempered is a virtue).......but don't think small here.
