FARE Chart.....Bearish Engulfing Reversal pattern "forming" on the daily.....
Yesterday's candle was a Bearish Doji.....Doji's @ tops are Bearish.......combine the patterns & you have bearish reversal confirmation......
MA(100) @ 0.14 is major resistance......as you can see on this chart FARE has struggled to close above that level......
MA(20) @ 0.13 is the major MA to break & close above......it's the Upper BB Bullish channel......
Ifyou look @ the Dec. run you'll see FARE & all stocks rally in the Upper Bollinger Band channel.......
As previously predicted, this will be the top until the GAP is filled.........just a prediction....lol....we'll see.....
MA(200) @ 0.08 has become support.......yesterday's candles lower shadow hit MA(200)......it was LOD......
MA(10) @ 0.08 is another key support level.......I could see a brief pullback w/ a candle's tail/shadow filling the gap while maintaining crucial support levels.......
The key w/ support & resistance levels is the close......it's not intraday that's as important as the close for solidifying these levels......
On the bright side......MACD starting a Bullish crossover......this signals the START of a run......
Fast & Full Sto's are in the 20's........they came off Oversold levels, but show there's juice to run.....
The key is to get over 50 on these indicators & above MA(20)/Middle Bollinger Band.....that will confirm the downtrend has changed & a new uptrend has begun........
