Some are playing this for that last pop.

As for the .03 - it may come right before they hit with that 200,000,000 shares of dilution.
They hit us with another good sounding deal that stimulates a spike in share price, they exercise their warrants and sell the shares from them, and then continue with the rest of the dilution.

The pop that they need to get the price up enough to make some profit when they sell those shares they get from exerrcising the warrants at .03.

That will happen BEFORE all this dilution you warn about shows up. So, I think you are wrong that we get massive dilution come Monday, but VERY shorly after that we will get overloaded with supply of new shares.

THEN, this dog will be diluted underwater unless someone buys them out before then.
