they need to survive and cash is everything. They would sell their own mother if needed now...
Becauseold contract is finished and new starts at the end of 2013, they need to have Am Centrifuge ready for commercial use till the end of 2013.
If not, they would be screwed and this unit they sold would have no value for them anyway.

So it is not good news, no bad news. Just confirmation that they are not giving up. Or possibly slightly good news :)
