ITLI Merging with 3mil+ Co~

Luigi Caramico is merging in Systeam US, Inc., which is the holding company of Systeam Italy SpA. It's a 3 million plus company valuation. They tried to merge it in a few years ago but the agreement was ultimately terminated due to the economy and financing conditions back then.
